Easter 2010 at Granddaddy's

Weston and I headed down to Angleton on Thursday for my Great Grandma's funeral.  Justin stayed in town to do some work.  That would be Weston's Great Great Grandma.  It was a sad few days, but it was nice to see family and remember all the funny stories! She was an amazing woman who overcame every obstacle that crossed her path.  Weston and I are blessed to have known her!

On Saturday, we went to Granddaddy's Annual Easter Egg Hunt.  This year Weston got to dye eggs, which was a fun mess.  He was covered in all colors of dye.  He thought that all the eggs should be in a dye cup at all times.  Then he would get mad if an egg wouldn't fit in there, he usually already had two eggs shoved in there in the first place.  After the dying we had the giant Egg Hunt.  I am talking about at least 700 plastic eggs filled with candy tossed out around the yard.  Then if you are younger than 17 you had to hunt eggs!  It's a blast.  Weston made a tiny dent in the eggs. He loved the confetti eggs.  He would crack them and swing them around yelling "Yea!!" He did not like them in people's hair, he would try to get all the confetti out, it was so cute.

Weston had the best time there.  As you can see all the pictures below!!
